We invite applications from qualified candidates for the position of Senior Program Specialist for Public Private Partnerships under the USAID funded IFPS II Technical Assistance Project (ITAP) operating in Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal and Jharkhand. The full-time position is based in New Delhi, India.

Broad Job Responsibilities: The job would entail the selected candidate to:
• Provide technical assistance to different agencies, public as well private, to evolve models for better health care service delivery.
• Prepare concept notes, proposals, manuals and other documents on different public private partnership (PPP) mechanisms.
• Design and conduct workshops at the state, national as well as international levels as and when required.
• Designing research studies, developing tools, conducting assessment and evaluations of the various PPP models being implemented and dissemination of the findings.
The position will report to the Country Director, Constella Futures.

Qualifications: Candidates should hold a Master’s degree; preference would be given to candidates qualified in management/ rural development/ public health/ healthcare management.

Work Experience: The candidates should have a minimum work experience of 7 years, out of which at least 4 years working in health sector.

Preferred Competencies: The candidate should possess excellent reporting and analysis abilities, experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research, capacity to communicate with various players at different levels, experience in providing gender perspective and an ability to negotiate in a multicultural environment.
The candidate should be well versed in Hindi and English. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in the use of computers and proven ability to work in an inter-disciplinary setting.
