SEEDS India is a national NGO working in the field of disaster management from past 15 years. SEEDS India focuses on “Community Education” with thematic interventions such as Building Safety, Disaster Risk Reduction amongst rural and urban communities, School and Hospital Safety, Climate Change and is having offices in different states of India.

Duty Station: - Delhi

Secretary to Executive Director :- Roles & Responsibilities
• Assistance in managing the correspondence through dictations, phone calls, e-mails and handling independent correspondence as and when required.
•Maintaining appointments, fixing & arranging internal & external meetings and coordination with the concerned departments.
•Managing the Executive Director's yearly calendar. Fixing appointment, establishing priorities, committing time etc.
•Organizing the agenda and make arrangements for meetings and business travel.
•To settle Travel expenses with the Accounts department
•Attending executive meetings and preparing minutes.
•Other routine secretarial assistance and coordination for smooth operations.
•Any other tasks that is assigned from time to time.

•Minimum Graduate with at least 2 - 4 year of relevant work experience in secretarial support to top management. Diploma in Secretarial Practice / Office Management will be an added advantage.
•Should be pleasing personality with excellent inter-personal skills. Should be willing to travel.
•Shorthand preferred at 80 – 100 w.p.m. or should be able to take dictations and handle independent correspondence as and when required.
•Well conversant with Ms Office i.e. Word, Excel & Power Point Internet and E-Mail.
•Effective speaking and writing abilities
•Should be able to handle routine secretarial responsibilities and correspondence independently (if required) and coordinate with other departments as well.
•Candidates with relevant NGO experience would be preferred.
