Location: Koderma & Sahibganj (Jharkhand)

Job Description: (District Project Manager)
• The District Project Manager will be responsible for co-ordination with district level govt. officials.
• S/He will also track the programme and ensure its effective implementation.
• S/He will provide technical assistance to the project and also track the progress of the block level team.
• Support strengthening of system.
• Conducting project review meeting
• Preparing district level report.
• Ensuring quality of project activities.
• Support in the capacity building of front line workers.
• District level report preparation

• Masters Degree in RD/Social work/ MSW/Health related course.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in programme management and experience of working in health sector with government and non-government organizations.

Negotiable, Depend on experience and qualification ( Rs. 15-20 Thousand per month)

Job Description: (District MIS and Documents)
• Responsible for documenting the programme and report writing.
• S/He will also prepare the progress reports and process documentation of the programme
• Audio and video documentation of the programme.
• Field tests and proper use of developed materials.
• Preparation of tools on project related issues.

• Graduation and Degree & diploma in computer application.
• 4-5 years of working experience in developing BCC, understanding of health and social issues.

Negotiable Depend on experience and qualification ( Rs. 15-18 Thousand per month)

Job Description: (District Level B.C.C/Training Co-ordinator)
• To develop training materials, training manuals and handbook under supervision of the consortium.
• To develop training curriculum and calendar.
• To deliver training with training team.
• To support in the capacity building of front line workers.
• To facilitate the training programme.
• To develop B.C.C & I.E.C material on health related issues.

• Graduation & degree in social work.
• 4-5 years experience of working as trainer.
• Experience in designing B.C.C & I.E.C material.

Negotiable Depend on experience and qualification ( Rs. 15-18 Thousand per month)

Expected Interview Date: 1st May’2009.
